How to get rid of dandruff permanently

Although this is a medical problem, dandruff has no serious consequence, therefore it is mostly an aesthetic problem. The cause of the dandruff is the Pityrosporum ovale fungus, which is almost impossible to completely eradicate as a natural skin inhabitant.

Dandruff is actually dead skin cells. The normal amount of these cells is about 487,000 cells/cm2.

Certain conditions or disorders in some people can lead to an increased number of these cells, which would be approximately 800,000 cells / cm2. Such conditions as seborrhea or psoriasis are accompanied by redness and irritation.

Dandruff is most commonly seen in puberty or after puberty, while in children it is extremely rare. Dandruff is most often eradicated by a special shampoo that can be obtained in a pharmacy. However, and by influencing various factors that encourage the reproduction of dandruff, it is possible to effectively pinpoint this problem.

Causes of dandruff:

Vitamin B Deficiency – In order to compensate for this vitamin deficiency, include seafood in your diet (fish, oyster), fresh vegetables (cabbage, tomatoes, carrots) and nuts (nuts, peanuts).

Water – if the water is saturated with calcium, magnesium or iron, it is necessary to install a water filter. Unfiltered water leads not only to the occurrence of dandruff, but also to hair loss.

It is recommended to use products containing pirition and ketoconazole that affect both symptoms and dandruffs.
